We try to respond to all email questions in 1-2 business days. Please check your spam if you don’t see an email. In the case where you order a collar and that collar or specific design sells out or becomes unavailable, we will contact you with other options.
We accept all major credit cards, Canadian bank e-transfers, and PayPal payments. A PayPal account is not required to pay with credit card. Prices are in Canadian (CAD) currency. PLEASE NOTE for Canadians: when on payment page, there is a flag drop down menu to change the location of where you live for entering credit card information.
Shipping is based on an average cost of shipping to either Canada or the US. In most cases, we ship packages regular mail (no tracking) to Canadian and US destinations unless over a specific purchase amount, or requested otherwise. Please contact us for International orders, as rates may change. Allow 5 – 10 days for shipping within Canada and about 10 days to the US. *Note there may be a small delay in current US orders due to the new border regulations.* If you would like your package sent by registered mail, require a signature or to include a signature upon delivery, please email us for a quote. This option is especially recommended for International overseas orders. Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes required for acceptance of packages, or returns. Note that we haven’t had any taxed/duty orders ever as of August 2025.

RETURN POLICY
Even exchanges are only given in the case of defective or damaged merchandise and given on a per-case basis within 14 days of order date. While unlikely, should you receive your collar and find any defect in the construction, design, or flaw, etc., please contact us via email and explain the problem. The collar must be returned, and we will either exchange it for another of the same value, or offer a credit for the purchase price only. Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes required for acceptance of packages, or returns. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways for returns.
As every dog wears their collar differently and because of the range of fabrics we use, we do not guarantee fabric against normal wear and tear, but if there is a problem with stitching, we will be happy to repair it (a repair charge may apply). Although we use high quality buckles, we do not guarantee the buckles against breakage with wear. Buckle and Martingale collars are not recommended for use as tie out collars, but to be used as walking, training and house collars only. Jackets, Chickwear and Bellybands fabric are also not guaranteed against normal wear and tear.
Return Policy on all other collars: We do not refund or return collars based on incorrect sizing, changed mind, color not what you wanted etc. Each collar is cut and made to your order, so please make sure you check measurements, ask questions, and are happy with your selections before you make a final purchase.
